Portage Bay Solutions designed this system in close cooperation with special education professionals. Among their main concerns have been a lack of consistency in district forms and the use of outdated forms that no longer met district standards. E-Com eliminates these concerns in addition to providing a user-friendly, automated, and time saving system.
