Four Newly-Released Updates for Claris Studio

In this article, we’ll bring you up-to-speed on the latest improvements to Claris Studio, a powerful and intuitive platform that’s increasingly popular for creating public or private web-based applications.

As more and more of our clients explore web-based solutions, Claris Studio stands out as a versatile and efficient option. It empowers users to work with their data in flexible ways, addressing common challenges like scattered information, inaccurate data, and limited visibility.

This week, four exciting updates have been released. Read on to learn how these enhancements further strengthen Claris Studio’s capabilities:

  • Embedding Studio forms in Websites
  • Allow Copy-Paste of Comments Contents
  • Fix Fields and Blocks Alignment in Forms
  • CMD-Z (or Ctrl-Z) in RTF Field Reverts Text to Previous Record’s Value

1. Embedding Studio forms in Websites

A new feature has been added which allows for the embedding of Studio views into websites via an iFrame. This is pretty exciting. What this means is that if you have a website, like your current business website, you can now embed a Claris Studio form within that site. Claris is still gathering feedback on this feature, so please chat with us if you have feedback or an idea of how you’d like to explore this ability. 

2. Allow Copy-Paste of Comments Contents

Previously you could only view the content of comments in the comment field; now you can select and copy! 

3. Fix Fields and Blocks Alignment in Forms

The issues with aligning text and object blocks have been addressed and you’ll find more ease in getting your forms to look just the way you want them to look. 

4. CMD-Z in RTF Field Reverts Text to Previous Record’s Value

Just as the title describes – Command+Z (Mac) or Control+Z (Windows) is now a useful option when working with your form data.

Claris Studio is currently available in English. Additional languages will be added in the future.

Yes, customers may use the technology in their production systems. Note, Claris Studio may be offline for short periods of time for system updates.

The data center is in the U.S. West. Plans include adding additional data centers in various regions around the globe.
